Triathlon Training –  2012- 2013 Cycling

I was planning to enter Port Ironman in 2012 for 2013 but I thought I needed a year to fix my foot.  So I spent the time doing bike riding  to see if the I could be ready for 2014.
From December to April 2013 I trained on the bike  more intensely to see if my body and mind could cope with training during Term 1 in the lead up to the Port Ironman race date – even though I was not racing.
December 2012
Runs 5 , 15 12 km and 24
Cycling 51.5 hours at 22 km/hr = 1133km
January 2013
Cycling –  35 hours of cycling 24 rides = 770 k
Running – 16 6.5 18 6 6 6 6.5 6 6 = 77 km
Swim – 2 km 2km = 4 km
February 2013

Running 6 6 6 6 6 6 6 6 6 6 6 6 6 6 6 6= 96km 13 hours
Swimming 2 2 2 3= 9 km 3 hours
Cycling 17 26 20 20 23 25 = 141 6,5 hours
March 2013
Swim 2 2 2 2 2 4 = 12 km
Cycle 20 20 20 25 20 20 20 20 20 25 25 20 20 21 21 121 = 438km
Run 6 6 6 6 6 6 6 6 6 6 66= 72 km
April 2013
Swim 2 2 2 2 2 = 10 km 7.5 houts
Ride 82 25 25 25 25 25 25 25 25 25 25 60 25 25 25 20 70 = 537 km 22 hours at 24km /hour
