Three levels mastery autonomy and purpose.
1/3 Mastery: been running for 36 years. Lots of trial and error but all seemed to make sense after 20 years.
2/3 Autonomy: once I started to run my way (#6kmrunning) the enjoyment of running came back.
3 /3 Purpose: no longer racing. running is just part of life and will be a large part for years to come.
